Our curriculum is designed utilizing several different learning methods. Our students receive a visual presentation by a certified instructor on videotape or interactive CD-ROM. Audio calls are built into our exam simulators, to insure the student hears the reasoning behind different scenarios and reinforces the information contained within the videotape or CD-ROM. e-Book Study Guides and test preparation manuals allow the student to read the facts and understand some of the difficult philosophies necessary for course success. A training program cannot be complete without the ability for the student to ask questions and seek advice, to assure our customer's success, Specialized Solutions provides one-year of unlimited educational support with every program.

Certification courses are designed based upon actual exam objectives contained in the exam blueprint for the course. Our content is mapped carefully to achieve maximum learning and developmental success. All courses are beta tested before market release.
Because we recognize that each learner will be studying in different circumstances we strive to design our courses with flexibility to insure the student has a successful outcome.
