The new programs will help users better understand the workings of the updated versions of ASP.NET and Visual Studio along with teaching the functionality and ease of use of the programs. The new training courses are designed for mid-level coders and programmers, as users will need some knowledge to understand the concepts being discussed. The training programs are designed to help prepare students for Microsoft certification.

According to Microsoft many improvements have been made to both programs including areas in productivity, personalization, flexibility, security, support and more. Projects that would have required extensive coding for programmers in ASP.NET are now much simpler. In Visual Studio there is now a larger Teams System Tool Platform among many other upgrades.
